Help us to monitor and record the wildlife

Here is a Spotting Card template for you to use whenever you go out wildlife watching on the reserve. We will also have copies available at our monthly wildlife monitoring sessions.

GET INVOLVED IN RECORDING THE WILDLIFE

1. Take a spotting card with you whenever you take a walk around the reserve and send us your sightings.

OR

2. Come along to our monthly wildlife monitoring sessions.

They are usually held on the 3rd Sunday morning and the 3rd Wednesday evening of each month and normally start off in the Tower Hide, the hide closest to the estuary. It is best to confirm the date and time beforehand. If you are on our mailing list and have selected WILDLIFE MONITORING in the preferences, you will receive an email confirming time and place. The sign up is at the bottom of this page.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN EXPERT as we have knowledgeable people who can guide you, so you can learn as you go.
